Special Dietary or Service Needs: To guarantee that we provide optimal services for all of our attendees, if you require special dietary needs or equipment or services for complete participation in meeting events, please provide us with 45 days advanced notice for special equipment or service needs, or 15 days for special dietary needs by contacting us at info@wypha.org.
Photography: Any person who attends a WPhA event grants permission to WPhA, its employees and agents (collectively “WPhA”) to record his or her visual/ audio images, including but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of WPhA, including advertisements for WPhA and its programs.
